Who is Daniel?

 

     In an industry that is known to have a bad reputation when it comes to lack of communication, lack of market knowledge, ethics, and overall customer experience, Daniel is working hard to flip the script and provide an unparalleled level of service to his clients.  By getting to the core of every client's needs, Daniel is able to build a deep sense of trust with his clients, offering solutions that make every real estate transaction as smooth, stress free, and fun as possible! 

     Daniel possesses a true gratitude, respect, and love for life, family, real estate, and health. When he was only 20 years old, Daniel began a professional career as a paramedic. He served multiple communities in the Fraser Valley and the greater Vancouver area for several years, then felt the need for more adventure and joined the RCMP. After serving his communities for 29 years, Daniel retired and began working directly with some of our most vulnerable of society, our seniors. He assisted them in the transition from home to a safe care facility, assisting in many ways. This was very rewarding work with many happy clients.

    Throughout the years, Daniel was involved in the real estate industry from an ownership and investment standpoint, participating in multiple flip properties as well as rentals. The love for real estate has always been there, and in early 2021, Daniel made the decision to join his brother, Henry E Klop of ReMax Nyda Realty. This unfortunately did not work out with the passing of Henry after a long and brave battle with cancer. Henry wasn’t just a brother; he was also a great friend and mentor. Daniel’s motivation is to keep Henry’s legacy alive and continue serving the people and communities with the same passion and care that Henry did.

     With a lifetime of experience working with people and leading teams to achieve a common goal, Daniel brings a competitive edge for each client and for every sale and purchase. With his extraordinarily strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills, Daniel knows it’s not just about closing a sale; it’s about making sure the client is content and fulfilled with their experience. Having responded to thousands of crises calls, Daniel believes that his ability to really listen will be his greatest asset to assist in either a purchase or sale of your property.
